QIPSF is an annual conference for those passionate about quality improvement and patient safety, alumni of IDEAS (Improving & Driving Excellence Across Sectors), and members of the Centre for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (C-QuIPS).

This year, we're thrilled to have Lorelei Lingard as our keynote speaker. A prolific and award-winning scholar, Lorelei’s collaborative research program describes healthcare team communication patterns and explores their influence on healthcare training, team competence and patient safety.

At QIPSF 2018, Lorelei will share her thoughts on "Paradoxical Truths & Persistent Myths about Teamwork: The implications of collective competence for quality and safety".
