System Performance

Specialized Reports

As Health Quality Ontario continues to expand and enhance its reporting on health system performance, we strive to understand the reasons for the good and bad results, and look for ways to achieve the best care possible for everyone living in Ontario.

To that end, we produce specialized reports that take an in-depth look at how the system is performing in a specific population, health sector, or area of care, and we develop these reports in partnership with external reviewers who are experts in the field, as well as with patients, caregivers and people in Ontario who have real-life experience with the topic.

The data and stories in our specialized reports will help all of us – providers and patients – move towards an integrated health system that puts patients first.

If you have a question about a specialized report or other ways we report on health system performance in Ontario, please email us at SystemPerformance@HQOntario.ca.
