System Performance

This is how long pediatric patients (younger than 18) waited from a surgeon or central intake office receiving the referral from the patient's family doctor, to the patient's first surgical appointment.

Provincial × Surgery

Patients with emergency conditions (Priority 1) are seen immediately. They are not included in wait times data shown here. Patients' priorities are assigned by their surgeons. The wait time is displayed for the larger health organization to which a hospital belongs. Even if a procedure is not offered at a selected hospital, data will appear for the larger health organization.
