Introduction

Community Care Access Centres (CCACs) in Ontario have made a commitment to transparency and accountability by voluntarily participating in Health Quality Ontario’s home care public reporting. On this web page, you can explore quality indicator results for the 14 CCACs operating in Ontario.

Health Quality Ontario currently reports on 11 quality indicators for each CCAC, relating to the following health topics:

  • Pressure ulcers
  • Patient experience
