Evidence to Improve Care

Ontario Quality Standards Committee

Quality Standard logo

This committee plays a key role in advancing our quality standards program, while also playing a broader role in Ontario’s health care system.

This means working collaboratively with all parts of it, to recommend ways in which our own quality standards and other clinical care standards can become reality.

This is why the committee works with patients and the public, clinicians, organizations across Ontario’s health system, and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care – for a more centralized, integrated and systematic approach to quality health care.
