Faced with the growing demand for hospital services, Trillium Health Partners is working with partners in the community to improve capacity and enhance access to services.

Trillium Health Partners and SE Health will join us for the June Quality Rounds to provide insight into how partnership and teamwork helped create better health outcomes and experiences for patients and providers, while increasing capacity.
