E-Learning Modules: Timely Access to Primary Care

Every day, primary care providers are faced with the challenge of balancing supply and demand to meet their patients’ needs. Busy waiting rooms and stressful workplaces are common – but they don’t have to be.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving health quality across the province, Health Quality Ontario is offering these e-learning module to help your primary care practice see patients on the day they call in or on a day of their choosing.

Health Quality Ontario’s Advanced Access and Efficiency resources are designed to streamline your day, enrich the health care experiences of your patients and increase staff satisfaction.

These modules are designed to help you and your improvement team learn, test, and implement best practices, change concepts and innovative approaches to improvement so that you can “do today's work today.”
