Survey Findings of Patient Relations Practices in Ontario

To better understand how the hospital sector, home and community care and long-term care sectors handle complaints, Health Quality Ontario commissioned a multi-sector survey in consultation with sector associations. The survey results highlighted current practices and indicated areas where there is a need for improvement and additional support.
