Regional Quality Program bring together health system leaders to inspire and foster changes to improve health quality for patients in their regions.

As a conduit between Health Quality Ontario and front-line health care providers in their regions, they address local quality challenges, ensure alignment with provincial quality priorities and help activate change.

Here's what our Clinical Quality Leads do:

  • Engage providers in a culture of quality care for patients

  • Encourage known and effective models of care and build engaged communities of practice within their regions

  • Improve partnerships and foster the integration of care

  • Identify enablers and barriers to quality clinical practice and design strategies for change

  • Enhance communication and knowledge exchange in support of health system priorities

  • Supports partners in the implementation of clinical best practice across the regions
