Health Quality Transformation 2017 is a day-long interactive conference with a singular goal: exchange ideas to achieve better health outcomes and experiences for all Ontarians.
Our conference attracts over 2,500 attendees, including members of the public, patients, families, caregivers, health care providers and health system leaders from all sectors. Once again, this year's theme is Quality Matters, the road map for quality in our health care system.
For the first time, Health Quality Transformation 2017 - North features breakout sessions to be held at The Northern Ontario School of Medicine in Thunder Bay and Sudbury. Discussions will focus on the Northern Ontario Health Equity Strategy.
Registration is now closed for our Toronto, Sudbury and Thunder Bay events. To be added to our waiting list, click here.
